    This place is simple and charming! You can't beat a .50 cent coffee that is fresh and black. This is a simple restaurant with few thrills unless you love cows but a total local restaurant. No tourists here. The proportion are HUGE and delicious. I highly recommend this place. It does take a bit of time for the food to come out but that's because they are busy and their kitchen is small. Come visit and leave a big tip. CASH ONLY!!

    10/31/15- tried the subs and WOW! If you order the whole expect to be eating a couple meals out of it. Absolutely yummy!

    This country charm and great food was a great way to start the day.Had a dynamite breakfast just the way I liked it. The atmosphere was friendly and very refreshing. It wasn't about fancy but a great meal with a taste of country charm.I will definitely be back.

    We love The Cow!!  It's not fancy, it's not elegant, it's where you go for the best burger in Chautauqua County!  Personally I have never even  been able to finish their child-sized burger called 'the calf'...burgers are BIG and they will fix it any way you want it!  
    They have a large menu with daily specials..all good and filling.  They also serve Perry's ice cream.  I love Perry's ice cream but have never had it at The Cow because I am always too full!  :)

    Got their small burger...and it was big, lol. No great taste but it's not bad. The portions are grand and the price/value is great, a rarity these days. Have not had their breakfast but I've heard the same, big & cheap. It's a must stop and you will leave full.
